Food Freedom Lunch & Learn
The Food Freedom Lunch & Learn is an opportunity for you to ask questions in order to understand why you are feeling frustrated with food, why diets don't work, why it's not your fault and why having more willpower is not the solution.
We will spend an hour together in your own personalized Lunch & Learn. You get to pick the topic and you get to pick my brain in order to determine how you can begin creating a more peaceful relationship with food and body. Do you have questions you have always wanted to ask a coach who specializes in understanding the science and psychology of dieting? That is what this hour is all about. You will also learn what steps you can take starting now to find peace with food right away.
How it works:
This experience is customized for you. First, you will fill out a brief questionnaire in order to determine what it is you most want to focus on in our time together. Then we will schedule a 75 minute phone call, in-person visit at my office in Farmington, CT or an online video session. At the end of our time together, you will have more information about your topic of choice, and you will know the top tools I recommend to find peace with food and your body for good. In addition, you will get access to my Introduction to Body Trust workbook and my Self-Compassion workbook. For example, Lunch & Learn topics might include: “What do you think about food addiction"?”, “Will I gain weight doing Intuitive Eating?”, or “How can I find peace with food and love my body at the same time?”.
This is a great first step in freeing yourself from obsessive thoughts about food and body so you can devote more time and energy to creating joy in your life.
